For standard delivery, we recommend scheduling at least 2-3 business days in advance. Same-day delivery requires ordering by noon. Express delivery (next-day) can typically be accommodated with 24-hour notice. For bulk orders of 20+ tanks, we recommend 5-7 days advance notice to ensure availability and proper logistics planning.
Standard deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday deliveries are available for an additional $50 fee (subject to availability). After-hours delivery (before 7 AM or after 5 PM) can be arranged for commercial customers with an additional $75 fee. Sunday and holiday deliveries are not available.
No problem! You can reschedule your delivery up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Rescheduling within 24 hours of delivery may incur a $25 rescheduling fee. To reschedule, email delivery@baltimore-ibc-tanks.com.
Yes, we regularly deliver to construction sites, job sites, and temporary locations. Please ensure the delivery area is accessible for our trucks and provide a reliable contact person who will be on-site. We recommend marking the delivery area clearly and removing any obstacles in advance.
We accept cash, checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfers, and purchase orders from approved business accounts. Payment is due upon delivery unless you have established credit terms with us. Net-30 terms are available for qualified businesses.
You can add items to your order up to 24 hours before delivery (subject to availability). Removing items or changing tank types may affect pricing and delivery scheduling. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
Someone must be present to receive the delivery and sign for the tanks. If no one is available, we will attempt to contact you before leaving. If we cannot reach you, a redelivery fee of $50 will apply. For commercial deliveries, you may authorize signature by a designated employee in advance.
