How much does delivery cost?
Local delivery (within 25 miles) starts at $50-100 depending on quantity. Regional delivery (25-100 miles) ranges from $100-250. Bulk orders and long-distance shipments receive custom quotes with volume discounts up to 25%.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm within our core service area (25-mile radius). A same-day surcharge of $50 (local) or $100 (extended) applies. Emergency after-hours delivery is also available.
How many tanks can you transport at once?
Our capacity ranges from 2-4 tanks in a cargo van up to 80-150 tanks on a full flatbed trailer. We can also arrange multiple trucks for very large orders or freight shipping for nationwide delivery.
Do you provide loading and unloading?
Curbside delivery and liftgate service are included with all deliveries. Inside delivery is available for an additional $25. For bulk orders, we can arrange forklift services at your location for $150 plus $50/hour for the operator.
What if my tanks are damaged during transport?
All shipments are covered by our $100,000 cargo insurance policy. If damage occurs, report it immediately, document with photos, and submit a claim within 48 hours. We typically resolve claims within 5 business days through repair, replacement, or refund.
Can you transport full tanks?
Yes, we can transport full or partially filled tanks containing non-hazardous liquids. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, corrosive chemicals, and pressurized contents require specialized hazmat carriers, which we can help arrange.
How do I schedule a pickup?
Contact us by phone or through our website to schedule a pickup. Choose morning (8am-12pm) or afternoon (12pm-5pm) windows. For selling tanks, we provide immediate payment. For recycling, we offer free pickup for 10+ tanks.
What if I need to reschedule my delivery?
No problem! Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery to reschedule at no charge. Same-day changes may incur a $25 rescheduling fee depending on availability.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Weekend delivery is available by appointment with a $75 surcharge. Holiday delivery is subject to availability. Contact us for weekend scheduling options.
How will I know when my delivery is coming?
You'll receive email confirmation at order, a day-before reminder with your delivery window, dispatch notification with real-time ETA, and a call from the driver 30 minutes before arrival.
What equipment do your trucks have?
All trucks are equipped with hydraulic liftgates, pallet jacks, hand trucks, ratchet straps, load bars, moving blankets, and spill kits. Our drivers are trained in proper IBC handling and safety procedures.
